Hotel Information
A block of hotel rooms have been secured for GovEnergy 2012. Attendees, speakers, and exhibitors/vendors are responsible for making their reservations. The majority of these hotels are within walking distance of the America's Center Convention Complex, home to GovEnergy 2012.
- Federal/Military Employees: All government rooms within the GovEnergy block are at the prevailing government per diem rate for St. Louis (based on single occupancy).
- Vendors/Exhibitors/Private Sector/Government Contractors: All rooms in the non-government block are priced at $135.00 per night, plus applicable state and local taxes.
- ID Requirements: Federal/military employees will need to show their federal/military IDs upon hotel check-in. If you made a reservation in the government room block and are not a government employee, the hotel has the right to charge the prevailing hotel rate.
- *NEW FOR 2012* St. Louis CVC Housing Bureau: GovEnergy is working with the St. Louis CVC Housing Bureau to manage all hotel reservations for GovEnergy 2012. Upon making your hotel reservation, you will receive a confirmation from the St. Louis CVC Housing Bureau. Use the St. Louis CVC Housing Bureau website to book, modify, or cancel your hotel reservation. - Hotel Reservation Deadline: Room rates for GovEnergy 2012 will be available until July 30, 2012 or until the rooms are sold-out (whichever comes first). Please do not call your hotel directly until August 8, 2012, as reservation data will not have transferred prior to August 8.
