2012 Registration

GOVENERGY 2012 ATTENDEE RATES AND REGISTRATION DEADLINES

  • Federal Employees: $495 – Available until August 10, 2012 (payment must be received by August 10, 2012 in order to receive this rate)

  • Non-Federal Employees: $595 – Available until August 10, 2012 (payment must be received by August 10, 2012 in order to receive this rate)

  • Onsite: $795 – For all registrants (including federal employees, military employees, non-federal employees, and exhibitors) beginning August 18, 2012 
  • Corporate Guest Pass: $100 Exhibit Hall-Only 
    Note: Corporate Guest Pass registration will be available at the GovEnergy registration desk. This is a single day pass. This pass provides access to the GovEnergy trade show and is not intended to augment exhibitor booth staff. Corporate Guest Pass registration will be based upon space availability and cannot be guaranteed
  • Speakers: Speakers must register via the GovEnergy Speakers' Webpage (password protected). Contact your Track or Session Lead for detailed instructions.
  • Exhibitors: The Exhibitor registration link will be sent to the booth point of contact (indicated on the Booth Application).
  • Groups: GovEnergy does not provide group registration rates.  

Only registered attendees may attend the GovEnergy training sessions.

ONSITE REGISTRATION HOURS  

  • Saturday, August 18        9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
  • Sunday, August 19          7:00 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.
  • Monday, August 20          7:00 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.
  • Tuesday, August 21         7:00 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.
  • Wednesday, August 22     7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.


REGISTRATION PAYMENT INFORMATION
Early registration is encouraged. Federal employee credit cards will NOT be charged until August 3, 2012 UNLESS the federal employee selects "I will pay now" during the online registration process. 

Unpaid registration fees will be collected onsite prior to obtaining an attendee badge. Onsite payment options include credit card, cash, and company check. 

GovEnergy accepts the following credit cards:
- Master Card
- Visa
- American Express 

GovEnergy accepts bank checks, cashier checks, and company checks. GovEnergy does not accept personal checks. All checks must be drawn from U.S. Banks.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations between June 19, 2012 and August 10, 2012 will be charged a cancellation fee of $50.00. There will be no refunds after August,10 2012.

How to cancel a GovEnergy registration

  • All cancellations must be submitted in writing. You may substitute attendees by sending a written notification by August 10, 2012.
  • After August 10, please bring all adjustment details to onsite registration at the GovEnergy Help Desk. Any cancellations and changes made onsite must be made in writing.
